Our policy for keeping guests, staff and visitors safe
We want our guests and staff to feel safe and secure in our restaurants. This goes without saying. We also want the dining experience to be as comfortable, familiar, and normal as possible.
If you’re thinking of booking in the near future here is a summary of the measures we’ve taken and some of the changes you might encounter.
We’ll keep this information regularly updated as guidance and circumstances require. As ever thank you for your custom and support.

We’ve carried out Covid Secure risk assessments for every aspect of our business. These are detailed and bespoke to each site. Once complete we have had them externally audited and approved. They are available for inspection in every restaurant.
The entire teams have been trained in the COVID secure measures and risk assessments we have implemented. This will be reinforced daily at team meetings.
Our teams are provided with PPE both for the workplace and for the journey to and from work.
Each member of the team completes a daily health survey via a smartphone app before they come to work and on arrival, we take everyone’s temperature before they enter the building and keep records over a 7 day period.
Enhanced cleaning regimes have been implemented, particularly for hand-contact surfaces and in the toilet areas, using chemicals which are effective against viruses.
Team members are required to sanitise their hands every 20 minutes.
Changes have been made to the dining rooms and to our service standards:
You’ll find we’ve removed tables and chairs to ensure a safe distance between our guests.
Menus have been adapted to facilitate smaller kitchen brigades.
The observant amongst you will notice a more simplified approach to service. Still
attentive and there when you need it but requiring fewer, shorter visits to the table.
When making reservations we may remind you of the current Government guidance allowing one household per table, unless this is for the purposes of a business meeting. We accept tables up to six people for business bookings.
We’ll ask you to wash hands on arrival and provide sanitiser throughout the restaurant.
Menus will be sanitised after each use and where possible we will ask that you make payment via contactless methods.
The restaurant will be professionally cleaned each morning before staff arrive.
Tables and chairs will be sanitised between each visit and all cutlery and glassware will be deep cleaned at the beginning and end of every day.
We will be constantly monitoring the latest guidance and updating our measures.
